All documents are retained as per regulatory requirements
Standard of Care (Execution-Only)
Our standard of care is defined strictly within the boundaries of execution-only administration. We exercise reasonable care and diligence in:

- •Secure handling of confidential information
Trustee Protection & Reliance on Written Instructions
Our administrative framework is designed to protect trustees by ensuring clear separation of duties, comprehensive documentation, and adherence to established protocols.
This office relies exclusively on written instructions from authorized trustees. Verbal instructions are not accepted. All actions taken by this office are taken in reliance on such written instructions, and trustees are responsible for the substance and consequences of all instructions given.
No Substitution of Trustee Judgment
This office does not, under any circumstances, substitute its own judgment for that of the appointed trustees. We do not:
- —Evaluate the merits of trustee decisions
- —Recommend alternative courses of action
- —Override or modify trustee instructions
- —Exercise discretion in the absence of explicit instruction
All discretionary authority remains solely with the appointed trustees and their designated advisors.
